At Bronson Vitamins, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel and accessories. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
